1. Overview & Commitment

Ecuoo Inc. ("Ecuoo", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Ecuoo Admin Platform and Ecuoo Mobile Application for iOS and Android. We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our association leaders, executive board members, and community members. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access our platforms.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide seamless community management, automated dues collection, event ticketing, and push notifications.

• Account Profile Data: Name, email address, phone number, and association affiliations.
• Device & Push Notification Data: Expo Push Tokens (`ExponentPushToken[...]`), device operating system (iOS or Android), and hardware IDs required to deliver real-time push alerts.
• Payment & Financial Data: Payment transaction references and payment status. Raw credit card numbers are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe & Paystack) and are never stored on our servers.
• Event & Ticketing Data: Event RSVPs, digital QR ticket identifiers, and booking schedules.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to fulfill operational services:

• Facilitating member approval and association roster management.
• Dispatching urgent push notifications for announcements, dues reminders, and upcoming calendar events.
• Generating digital QR tickets for event check-in and attendance verification.
• Processing manual cash and card payment receipts.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertisers. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate the app:

• Apple APNs & Google FCM: Delivering push notification payloads to iOS and Android devices.
• Stripe & Paystack: Secure payment processing and financial transaction verification.
• Resend API: Transactional email verification and OTP delivery.

5. User Rights & Account Deletion (Apple & Google Play Mandate)

In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Developer guidelines, all users have the right to inspect, correct, export, or request permanent deletion of their account and personal data.

To request account and data deletion, submit a request directly inside the Ecuoo Mobile App under Settings → Delete Account, or send an email to support@ecuoo.com. Upon receipt, your profile, memberships, and notification tokens will be permanently removed within 30 days.
